廖建新 先生

1965年出生。东信北邮信息技术有限公司创始人，教育部特聘教授“长江学者”，北京邮电大学教授、博士生导师、网络智能研究中心主任。主要从事通信增值业务系统及支撑系统的理论、应用基础研究和开发工作，共主持国家级、部级科研项目18项，在移动智能网、宽带智能网及Internet智能网、业务网络智能化等领域取得了一系列创新性科研成果。共获得国家科技进步二等奖2次，省部级一等奖4次；作为第一发明人申请国家发明专利46项，其中25项已授权；作为第一作者出版专、译著5部；在国内外学术期刊和会议发表论文近300篇，其中SCI、EI收录130余篇。

主要获奖：

• “移动智能网技术”项目荣获2003年度中国通信学会科学技术奖一等奖、2004年度国家科技进步二等奖、2005年度信息产业重大技术发明、2006年教育部科技进步一等奖；

Mr. Liao Jianxin

Mr Liaojianxin was born in year 1965. As founder of EBUPT, Mr Liao is awarded as “Changjiang Scholar” by Ministry of Education, and he is also the professor of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), Doctoral Supervisor, and Director of Network Intelligence Research Center in BUPT. Had been Engaged in theory and application research and develop over communication value-added service and supporting system for many years, Mr Liao had led 18 nation-level or ministry-level scientific research projects, and approached a series of creative scientific research achievements in the area of Mobile Intelligent Network, Broadband Intelligent network and service network intelligence. He acquired Second Prize of National Science and Technology Advancement for twice, and First Prize of province or ministry for 4 times. As the first originator, Mr Liao has applied for 46 national Patents for Inventions, in which 25 items have been authorized. As first author, he issued 5 monographs. And Mr Liao also published near 300 papers on domestic or oversea academic periodicals and meetings, in which more than 130 items has been collected by SCI and EI.

In 2003, EB’s mobile IN technology was awarded top prize of “Science and Technology Award” by China Institute of Communications. In 2004 acquired the Second Prize of National Science and Technology Advancement. In 2005, it was elected as Important Technical Invention in Information Industry. In 2006, it was awarded First Prize of Science and Technology Advancement by Education Ministry.

1955年出生，大学学历，高级工程师，浙江省政协副主席。现任东信北邮信息技术有限公司董事长，普天东方通信集团有限公司总裁，东方通信股份有限公司董事长；
