EB invests over 20% of its revenue in R&D. More than 50% employees are engaged in R&D, among whom 11% have PH.D degrees. The company obtained CMMI Level 2 certificate and has set up a set of mature large-scale software engineering quality management systems, introducing key concepts of CMMI into its R&D management system.

EB has a close cooperation with the world’s leading players such as HP, IBM, Intel, Microsoft, Nortel. This speeds up its response to market demands, and helps it to take in advanced technologies.

Intellectual property: By now, EB has applied 7 patents, of which 3 patents have been granted. EB also plays an important role in developing national standards in telecommunications industry in China.
